To whom it may concern, I am pregnant. The expected date of childbirth is Saturday the 23rd April, 2010. I intend to start maternity leave on October 3rd, 2010. My 'additional maternity leave' will end on October 3rd, 2011, making one year in total, which I am entitled to under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. During this time, I may remain as an employee.
